Under Flex, the monthly reservation charge equals €1.55 multiplied by eligible seated guests, capped at €65 per restaurant per month. The cap is reached at 42 covers. Optional promotional subscriptions, payment processing fees and VAT are extra.
One cover means one eligible guest who is actually seated, not one reservation. For example, a booking for four seated guests counts as four covers. A reservation that is cancelled or verified as a no-show is not charged.
No. Under Flex there is no minimum monthly reservation fee. If there are zero eligible seated covers in the billing month, the Flex reservation fee is €0. Optional paid add-ons continue to be charged if subscribed.
No, not automatically. You may start with Find A Table as an additional channel, subject to accurate availability and safe inventory allocation. Two-way synchronization with your current system should be confirmed before running both at full capacity.
Find A Table supports Google-connected reservations for eligible merchants. Activation depends on merchant authorization, technical readiness and applicable Google requirements. Google ranking and placement are not guaranteed.
No. Paid visibility provides additional clearly labelled promotional exposure on Find A Table only. Results depend on customer traffic, location, restaurant relevance and availability.
No. Online ordering and POS may have separate commercial arrangements. Payment provider transaction charges may also apply to prepayments, with terms shared before activation.
Flex is intended to offer monthly cancellation without a long-term commitment. Final cancellation and billing conditions must be stated in the merchant agreement before public launch.
